How fast does it actually absorb?

Fast — that's the whole point. We haven't lab-timed it down to the second, but it's built to sink in well before you'd finish applying a typical lotion, so you're not standing around waiting to get dressed.

What's actually in the lotion?

Seven ingredients, nothing you can't say out loud: Coconut Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Raw Cocoa Butter, Essential Oils, Scented Fragrance Oil, and Mineral Powder (Mica).

Is it good for all skin types?

Yes — it's formulated with all skin types in mind. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, take a look at the ingredient list before you buy, and patch test if you're unsure.

Do I need to shake it before use?

Yes — shake well before each use so the oils and butters stay evenly blended.

Could this cause skin irritation?

Our products are formulated with carefully selected fragrance oils and/or essential oils. While we strive to create gentle, high-quality products, fragrance and essential oils may cause mild skin irritation, redness, itching, or sensitivity in some individuals, particularly those with sensitive skin.

We recommend performing a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount of product to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours to check for any signs of irritation or sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Individual skin sensitivities vary, and a patch test does not guarantee that a reaction will not occur.

Is it cruelty-free?

Always. Everything we make is cruelty-free and paraben-free — more certifications coming as we lock them in.
